The Space:

Le Matisse offers a unique and carefully curated atmosphere where decoration becomes a true signature. Natural materials, selected objects and artistic influences blend together to create a warm, elegant and lively environment. Each room has been designed to feel distinct while maintaining a harmonious flow throughout the home.



The spacious and light-filled living area invites you to share simple and meaningful moments, whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee, gathering around the dining table, or relaxing in the lounge. The fully equipped open kitchen naturally enhances this convivial experience.



The house features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy. One bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and double sink, making it ideal for families or groups.



Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, the home is perfectly suited for family stays. Board games, books and generous living spaces create a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy time together.



Outside, the large enclosed and secure terrace becomes a true living space. It is the perfect place to enjoy meals, relax in the sun or shade, and fully embrace outdoor living in complete peace of mind. This area naturally extends the home and plays a key role in the overall experience.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, the terrace, and the two private parking spaces. Entry is self-check-in via a lockbox, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival at a time that suits you.

Located just a short walk from the historic center of Vence, Le Matisse offers a privileged setting combining charm and quality of life. Wander through lively streets, explore art galleries and enjoy local cuisine while soaking in the Provençal atmosphere.



Between the sea and the countryside, you can easily alternate between beach days, cultural visits and peaceful moments. All of this in a calm and accessible environment, perfectly suited for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

The stay can be personalized with optional services offered once the booking is confirmed.

Professional cleaning is included, and bed linen and towels are provided.

A baby crib is available upon request.

The apartment is non-smoking and parties are not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.



When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.



Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:

-dirty and/or stained laundry

-dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt

-loss of key or broken key

- non-compliance with internal regulations

-smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
