Located in Nice, LA CORNICHE D\\'ARGENT is a beautiful 180 square metre holiday rental villa with sea and hill views, in a peaceful setting. It has a swimming pool, a large terrace with dining area and a wood-fired barbecue. It can accommodate 6 people.   
  
This villa has quality furnishings and comprises an open-plan fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) each and the 3rd with a double bed (140 cm) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub as well as 4 toilets. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement. It is fully air-conditioned.   
  
15 minutes from the centre of Nice, 4 km from the beaches and 1 km from the shops.

Mit Blick von oben auf das Meer ist man in der Villa ganz für sich alleine mit eigenem Garten und großem Pool. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist komfortabel. Autos und Motorräder hört man trotz entfernter Straße. Einkaufen nur mit Auto möglich, kein Bäcker in der Nähe.

Beautiful ocean view from the dinner table. Pool was just steps away too so we just had to go for a splash a few times a day! The kids adored it too!!!

The view was spectacular and the space was great. Great view, nice space expensive. Staying here you will definitely need a car.
