Absolutely Amazing! Just came back from it, and couldn't wait to provide a review about this impressive hotel in Nice. Make yourself a favor and book a deluxe oceanfront room, the view is just unbeatable, you are literally in the ocean, and you will hear all day the sound of the waves practically hitting in your room (in the good way). Waking up to that view, is the most amazing feeling you can experience, and if you add to that the excellent customer service from all the staff in the hotel, from reception to restaurant (Big Shoutout to Victor our waiter in the restaurant, amazing kid, very attentive and always with a smile in his face), the unbeatable location right on the beach and close to everything, the convenient free parking included, the complimentary breakfast, and the terrace, then it's an extremely powerful combination. Now, mention apart deserves the restaurant itself. What an amazing restaurant, right on the beach which makes the view out of this world, but the food itself, the flavors, the taste, the freshness of the seafood, just unbelievable. If you are staying there, no need to go eat anywhere else, restaurant itself pays for the stay, and if you are not staying here (big mistake), make sure to visit that restaurant, it is a must in Cote d'Azur! We will be back for sure, had an amazing experience and no need to look for someplace else to stay in French Riviera, this place has it all.

Villa Azur is simply amazing, few footsteps from the sea/ beach, 15min drive from Nice city centre, hotel has fantastic restaurant onsite and it serves truly delicious food. Incredible place for families and couples alike and it serves breakfast that I have yet to find in other hotels in Côte d’Azur area!

Great location
Last minute change to travel plans and we found Villa Azure. Property is a small gem. Priced reasonable for area. Only two downsides, free parking fills up fast and there are limited options near by. There is a daily charge to change your sheets. Don’t recall if I eat told at checkin. Was not outrageous but would add up for a longer stay. On site restaurant is outstanding for dinner, make reservations, also limited operating hours.

It’s an amazing hotel. Well worth the money!! Stunning views over the marina and open sea. So so nice!!! Rooms are very spacious, with comfortable bed. Water replenished every day abs loccitane complementary toiletries are superb!!

Fantastic place to stay, and the access to nearby towns is great, we spent a day in Nice and a day in Cannes and enjoy relaxing on the sun deck.Our room was spotless and the breakfast was amazing.

Very nice hotel, outstanding view
Nice rooms, clean but the main interest of this is to be on the beach. Breakfast is very nice and the view is outstanding.

Great hotel but light sleeper could have issues.
We stayed one night at the hotel. The front desk is very friendly and speaks great English. Our rate included breakfast and the service was great too. Room is a bit basic and could use some updates. The hotel is right on the beach and our room has a very nice view of the sea. However, if you are light sleeper like me, there is a problem from the sound of the wave. It was very loud (not sure if it has something to do with winter season/end of November) and i was not able to sleep. The hotel owner helped to lower the metal storm shutter and it helped a bit. This is a great place to stay if you can sleep with the noise.

Great location between Nice and Cannes. Quiet and out of the fray. Checked in and went to our room, it was small and on the street side, not all what I thought we were getting. Went back to the front desk and was able to pay for an upgrade to a larger room on the seaside. This room was perfect, but had to pay for it. Be careful when booking, the pictures are of the rooms on the seaside! Would stay there again, knowing to book the right room!

Honeymoon
I was there on my honeymoon after we checked in to the hotel we initially booked, which was HORRID! Last minute, we found Hotel Renoir and checked in the following day. Thank God! It definitely saved our honeymoon!!

Nice and modern, bar and restaurant w/ limitations
We (my wife and I) stayed for two nights. The hotel is situated right by the ocean. The rooms are modern and clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The minor negative things were that the breakfast and restaurant hours seemed somewhat limited: Sunday the hotel restaurant was completely closed, no drinks available, only what they had eight next to the reception in the little fridge. Breakfast was "only" until 10. This might not be a huge problem for most, but if you really want to sleep in, be aware that 10 is it. However, very nice, modern hotel!

Nice boutique hotel.
Views are amazing, right on the beach, restaurant is really good. Bed wasn't the best, rooms & bathroom small. Seems, mh, amateurish in how its managed, but then again, its not a huge operation. I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Malibu style French hotel
Very pleasant stay. The hotel is like a Malibu style hotel as the water comes up and under the hotel during high tide. Not close to too much, but very relaxing.

Pleasant stay. Hotel room is located directly on the water like something in Malibu. I recommended it to a friend in my trip and they even checked into their own room.

No room booked for us!
We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived at the hotel mid afternoon, they did not have our booking on their system and were fully booked. Needless to say we were far from happy. The receptionist at the hotel rang around to find us another hotel (at least 4 she rang were full) and the one she finally found was 50% more expensive and without a view but felt we had no option but to accept it. Their guest internet wasn't working at the time so I couldn't search for other options. We ended up back in the car, driving further after a long day in the car, off to a more pricey room with a view of a freeway! Don't know who was at fault but either way we had a miserable experience.

l'emplacement est idéal pour se promener dans la région. Par contre, pour le prix de l'hôtel, plusieurs éléments sont décevants. Manque fréquent d'eau chaude, chambre beaucoup plus belle en photo qu'en réalité. Déjeuner intéressant et personnel sympathique.

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig (überall lagen Haare von den vorherigen Gästen rum, Boden wurde nie gewischt und viele Insekten im Zimmer), Haarföhn ohne Leistung, Rezeption beim Check-In sehr unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Wir mussten uns die benötigten Informationen selber besorgen, die Dame war alles andere als hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag zu einer anderen Zeit "geputzt" (bzw. das Bett gemacht - geputzt wurde nicht), so dass es vorkam, dass wir uns fertig gemacht haben und die Dame zu diesem Zeitpunkt kam, am nächsten Tag war es dann wieder ein ganz anderer Zeitpunkt. Leute im Service sehr nett. Frühstück OK, jedoch schade wenn offensichtlich Brötchen und Früchte vom Vortag serviert werden. In der Umgebung hat es nichts, ausser ein überteuertes Restaurant. Viele Baustellen nebenan. Zimmertüre konnte ich kaum öffnen, da es sich dabei um eine Balkontüre handelt die sehr schwer war. Fazit: Kein 4 Stern Hotel. Auch nicht für Frankreich Verhältnisse. Enttäuschend, man bezahlt zu viel für das was man erhält.

E' un hotel dove torniamo di tanto in tanto, di solito fuori stagione. Le stanze pied dans l'eau sono curate e il suono del mare che culla mentra si dorme è impagabile. Naturalmente a nostro gusto, se si vuole silenzio bisogna scegliere quelle non vista mare! La vista dell'alba non ha parole!

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Meer unmittelbar vor dem Zimmer und der PP kostenlos auf eigenem Gelände. Die Gäste sind international, von der Bretagne bis hinter dem Ural.
