I had to ask for my VIP benefit. 3rd time staying at the hotel and this time they were rude. My room was ready, but said they’d charge me 10 euros to get in since it was before 3pm. It’s old, worn out, the bathrooms are gross and I Won’t stay there again.

First off - I’ve booked this hotel 2x previously. This time we arrived at 12m and was told our room was ready, but couldn’t get the keys to the room unless we paid 10 euros. Instead we left our bags and came back. I asked for our VIP gifts and was given a drink coupon. Would be have been nice to have gotten the keys to the room instead. Won’t stay here again as it seems they want to get every cent out of the guests versus customer service.

Great location, great price, great staff. This isn't a luxury hotel, but the staff really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including making dinner recommendations and reservations. Great value. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive hotel, this is a good option.

Easy 5mins walk to station so handy for early train. Room fairly basic but fine. Pretty view out the front but that can come with street noise, in our case very early morning even with windows closed. Internal noise also an issue as music audible middle of the night. Did not have the breakfast as left at 7am but the cafe seems very popular.

Super location - walk to Old Town and the beach. Breakfasts were lovely and Staff so responsive. I ordered a birthday package while there and they decorated the room, provided a delicious cake and also a bottle of wine! We had a balcony and that was very nice. When booking, ask for a room facing the front - nice views.

Excellent location. Easily can take tram from Airport and get down at Medicin interchange and a short walk to the hotel. But if you are a family of 4, the room (20sqm) may be too squeezy.

This property is located within 7 minutes from the train station, our windows were facing the Notre Dam. That’ about it For the positive part. The rooms need TLC, as well as the bathroom. The most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on along with uncomfortable pillows, so no rest at night. Not a really nice neighborhood. We walked a lot There. Note that nice restaurants require reservation most of the time.

The staff was excellent towards foreigners. Location is convenient since shopping and transportation is within proximity. The tram is two blocks away making it an easy transport to and from the airport. I would stay here again due to the location and staff.

I love this place - best kept secret place to stay in Nice! DON'T TELL ANYONE ABOUT IT! Right on the main drag - Ave Jean Medicin - and so affordable! I've been coming here for decades.... they did a beautiful remodel and opened a delightful café recently.

We stayed 2 nights and were treated kindly by all staff we interacted with. The AC was cold, the shower was hot and had great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny!! It’s conveniently located between the train and tram stations. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area, and the beach or old town are both a short walk. The cafe next door had good coffee and pastries. Not fancy, but clean and a great value for the money. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our hotel in Nice
Great location, easy to get to all the sites, especially once you learn to use the trams. Room was small but clean, comfortable, quiet. Small shower, Fragonard toiletries. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great stay
Enjoyable 5 night stay. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of places to eat etc nearby. The room I had was pretty basic but it did the job. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. It was very quiet at night, which helped me to get a perfect night's sleep. The staff on the front desk were all friendly.
