    L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres . la première avec un lit 140x190 , la seconde avec 2 lits de 90x190 dont 1 en mezzanine . La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'un four d ' une plaque electrique, d'un micro ondes , d'un lave vaisselle , d'un réfrigérateur , d'un grille pain , d'une cafetière classique et d ' une machine à café Nespresso , d'une bouilloire électrique. Vous trouverez 2 ventilateurs dans le salon et un dans chaque chambre . Une douche à l'italienne vous attend dans la salle de bain ainsi qu'une machine à laver le linge . We loved this place! The view is fabulous and the neighborhood is convenient for lots of restaurants, shopping and access to train and bus to travel to other parts of Nice.The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable. There are a lot of steps to access the home so a consideration for how much luggage you bring:-) We will definitely stay here again in next trip to Villefranche.

This apartment is phenomenal, the charm of the decor matches the amazing charm of the streets of the great small town. Teh hosts live nearby and were there to greet us and give us tips on the apartment and the town. I would highly recommend staying.

A charming French apartment, well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the bay, which is a lovely place to enjoy meals and a glass of wine or two. It is a climb up many steps in the Old Town to reach the apartment but well worth the effort.The hosts were very helpful with directions to find the property, and quick to respond by text when I had a query.The only negative was the double bed which is.not very big, particularly for a couple on warm nights.

Amazing property with a fantastic view. Beautifully decorated with great amenities. The location is perfect - close to the main streets and restaurants, plus a short walk to the beach. We will be staying again!

My Husband & I enjoyed our stay. The flat is located in a great location, the view from the balcony is stunning. The flat is well equipped and Marie Joelle’s directions were very detailed. Her son met us at the flat and was very helpful in sharing essential information. Overall just a lovely stay.

Gem of a place along the coast

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. We were greeted upon arriving via train by our host, and she showed us the way up to our charming flat. Our week was nothing short of amazing and we will absolutely be back to visit soon!

Excellent property!

We had absolutely the best time staying at this lovely apartment. It has everyone one would ever need for a 'home away from home' and a gorgeous view of the bay. Very centrally located, on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding neighbours. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Lovely stay, Excellent location

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy and offers an amazing view. We felt like locals during our stay and the host made us feel welcomed and checked in throughout our stay. The area is safe and very quiet and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train and bus.

This place is a hidden gem! We travelled with two children, aged 8 and 11, and it was perfect. The location is incredible and the view from the balcony is SO amazing. It’s right in the old town but also quiet and private, and in walking distance from the beach. I hope we get to experience this magic again as a family one day! 11/10!

The property is not accessible by vehicle and there are steps to negotiate to get to the house. However, the apartment is wonderful. The view from the salon and balcony is superb: over-looking the bay with yachts and boats coming and going (silently) all the time. We had breakfast every morning watching the sun come up over the hills to the left (east) while feeding tame ring-collar doves. Bliss. The apartment itself is the best stocked place I have ever rented. There is everything imaginable and piles of towels in the bathroom. A whole dresser is filled with crockery, cutlery and every sort of kitchen gadget a person could need. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom shower excellent. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the salon spacious. We did have to ask the owner where to put the rubbish and where to find the nearest grocery shop and we asked local people where the nearest cash machine was located. Everything we needed was close but, maybe, a small booklet with this information could be left in the apartment to help renters work these things out but the owner was very prompt in answering our questions so, really, there was no major problem.

We had a wonderful stay. The charming and very helpful hosts allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was much appreciated, and both arrival and departure were very smooth. We were told everything that we needed to know and then left to enjoy this fantastic apartment. The photos do not do the view justice - the view from the balcony is huge, and beautiful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped/generously stocked. It is extraordinarily well located within Villefranche-sur-Mer, being handy for the station, old town, beach and shops. We would love to stay again.

Such a lovely Stay!

We loved our stay! Daniel was amazing at check in, even help carry in our luggage! told us where to eat, park and anything we asked. The place was pretty clean, the only suggestion was to maybe do a deep clean of the kitchen cupboards but eveything else was great. Ample towels and an incredible view from the balcony. We loved it.

Living the Dream

Our stay here in VFSM was magical. We loved being in the old town, which was scenic and very quiet. The view from the flat is fabulous, and on the balcony we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine. Marie-Joelle’s taste in design is sophisticated yet homey with a touch of whimsy, and she is an excellent hostess. We’ll be back!
