Located in a charming alleyway of Old Nice, this 28 m² studio, bright and well-arranged, welcomes you in a warm and comfortable atmosphere, just a few steps away from the sea, typical restaurants and the bustling Cours Saleya. It is perfect for a stay for two, immersed in one of the most iconic neighbourhoods of the city.
YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
You will be in the heart of the old town, just 150 metres from the Castel beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Nice, and 150 metres from the Cours Saleya, famous for its markets and lively terraces. The renowned restaurant Chez Acchiardo is located 100 metres away, as are many other local establishments. The tramway (Opéra - Vieille Ville station) is accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot, as is the Parc de la Colline du Château, perfect for a walk with a view of the bay. You will also find a Monoprix on Place Garibaldi 650 metres away for your shopping, Nice Thiers SNCF station 2 km away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport 7 km away. For the more adventurous, the Isola 2000 ski slopes are accessible in about 1h30 by road (86 km).
LIVING SPACE
The studio opens onto a comfortable living space, tastefully furnished and benefiting from beautiful brightness. A welcoming sleeping area, equipped with a double bed, allows you to sleep in complete tranquility while maintaining an open and pleasant atmosphere. The whole is decorated with simplicity and harmony to make you feel at home. You will have access to Wi-Fi, a television, electric heating, a washing machine, as well as an iron and a hairdryer at your disposal.
COOKING
The open kitchen, American-style, is perfectly equipped for cooking on-site. It has electric hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils.
A charming, comfortable studio perfectly located in Old Nice, a few steps from the beach, the Cours Saleya market, typical restaurants and transport. Ideal for discovering Nice on foot and fully experiencing the Mediterranean atmosphere, between sea, culture and gastronomy.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.

If you have not been to Old town Nice be aware that no cars can take you to this location and it is up stairs that are difficult to navigate with luggage. Thankfully the front desk helped us at check in, but it was a surprise. The apartment is nice and quaint, but could have been cleaner. The amount of things to do in the area is the highlight. Tons of food, beautiful views and shopping nearby. The front desk were very helpful when i needed to ship one piece of luggage home ahead of me.

Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement
Location was amazing, it’s right by the markets and lots of great restaurants and a couple mins walk to beach. Apartment was a bit weird. If you are over 5.9ft you would struggle, I was too tall for the bed. Mattress was okay. And the shower is tiny, and doesn’t drain properly so you have to shower in 1-2 mins stages. The washing machine almost blocks the tiny shower. For one person it’s fine. but not two. The kitchen and lounge area is fine, it was a bit dusty and the bathroom is all old and a bit rubbish….whole place has been badly build / decorated. No air con just fans which was fine under 30 degrees. Towels were paper thin and really old, and no hand soap provided. Overall just felt a bit rubbish for the price, but it did the job. The outside area is beautiful, lots of plants.

#### Schöne Wohnung mit Insektenproblem
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza und damit direkt an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Gastronomie. Der Strand ist maximal 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt eine Tram-Station, die zum Bahnhof fährt.Die Wohnung ist ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Es war zwar im Hochsommer sehr warm, aber die Ventilatoren haben es erträglicher gemacht. Allerdings können wir die Wohnung zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt niemandem zur Buchung empfehlen. Bei unserer Ankunft am Abend haben wir mehr als 100 kleine Spinnen an der Decke entdecken müssen, die besonders nachts aktiv waren (wie wir noch erfahren mussten). Die Spinnen wurden von der Agentur am nächsten Tag komplett und gründlich beseitigt. Allerdings waren an jedem Abend erneut 40-50 Spinnen an den Wänden, die wir jedesmal erneut beseitigt haben, um dann am nächsten Abend erneut die gleiche Anzahl an Spinnen vorzufinden. Es scheint sich hier augenscheinlich um ein strukturelles Problem zu handeln, dass die Vermieter angehen sollten, bevor sie die Wohnung erneut vermieten. Am besten versichert ihr euch vor der Buchung bei den Vermietern, dass das Problem dauerhaft behoben ist. Die Agentur hat sich im ganzen Prozess sehr verständnisvoll gezeigt und schnell geholfen. Uns wurde eine etwas entfernt liegende Ersatzwohnung angeboten und die Zwischenreinigung erfolgte schnell nach unserer Meldung. Wir hatten zudem Probleme mit dem Internet, die während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden konnten.
