We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the checkout process was long and exhausting. Worse, there’s a city garbage facility right behind the Mosaic building. Every morning we were woken up at 5:15 AM by the extremely loud noise from the garbage trucks. The whole process took nearly two hours, so we started every day exhausted. We will never return to this side of the building, I would assume the pool side suites are less noisy
