Friendly staff. Found 3 flies in the hotel room as I walked in which was not the greatest impression, however, it did not entirely affect the stay. The light fixture in the washroom was on the mirror itself and would turn off as soon as I turned off the fan. Other than those minor issues, the breakfast was not too bad and staying at this hotel is not majorly concerning as most of the time in Niagara was spent outside of the room anyways.

My stay was great. I just had 2 minor concerns. The key card had some technical issues and every time I wanted to open the gate I had to use it multiple times and the sockets for charging were loose. Other than these, the stay was awesome and the hotel prices are affordable.

The gentleman that assisted us was very kind and helpful. The hotel definitely needs an update. Postives: - In great walking distance of Clifton Hills - Property was quiet - Adequate parking - Fairly clean Negatives: - Room needs a little TLC If you can overlook stains then you're good to go. Would I stay here again? Probably not because I would prefer a bit cleaner space.

Pros: Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast, bottled water, and Wi-Fi. Cons: Poor TV reception. Hallways are a little humid and musty. Breakfast room is small and cramped. Overall a decent deal for the location.

It isnt terrible, but definitly not a Wyndham level hotel. It looks like they bought another old motel and kept both with parking in the middle. I had to walk across the parking lot from where i checked in to where my room was. Everything inside was still branded the Chalet Inn for my building. There is no lobby area so the pool and breakfast room are down strange skinny hallways. The breakfast room is in the basement. Its all just very cramped and not friendly.

First of all tv wasn’t working. Pillow has blood stains on it. It was noisy outside. Cleaner came to clean room and we’re not even checking out yet.
