"Great location close to train, buses and restaurants. Breakfast was fabulous and good laundry although some thought it a little pricey but suited us instead of going out to find one. Staff very helpful. Best shower but we wish there had been two chairs in each room. Only negative we were on 6th floor and both our rooms were disturbed by thumping of a night and early morning, it may have been people using gym? Otherwise great hotel and we have recommended it to others. Check-in and check-out very easy with your staff. Great pool although a little hard for one of our group who needed assistance. Thanks for having us and next time we'll request both rooms on pool side for the view. 😊"

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the 5-star staff. Every single team member went above and beyond with their warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. Our room was incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent! There was a massive variety of delicious options to choose from every single morning. You cannot beat the location. It is situated right in the heart of the vibrant Orchard Road shopping district, making it unbelievably convenient to step out and explore the best shopping and dining Singapore has to offer. If you are looking for a perfect, flawless stay in Singapore with top-tier service and luxury, look no further than the Pullman Singapore Orchard. We cannot recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return!"

"Everything is as smooth as a silk, from check-in to check-out! The in-between which was my stay is superb. Room is clean and cozy; spacious toilet and bath. Am particular with bed and pillows and I must say this hotel has what I want. If one has to work, there is a cute working table. If you just want to relax, there is a cute chair and a foot pedestal. Although it's in Orchard, I'd say it was peaceful and calm. Most of all, lots of choices in terms of food as there are a lot of malls in the neighborhood. The practical person I am, I appreciate the gym and the laundry services. There is a flat iron and ironing board in the room. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for me. Staff from reception to room cleaners are courtoeus and very helpful. Overall, excellent hotel for travellers. "
