What a wonderful location, and walkable to so many places. The host was very helpful and communicative. Since the house is set up as 2 different living spaces, it was perfect for our families to each have our own space but still easily able to connect with each other via inside doors and get together. Thank you for sharing your house with us -- we'd love to come back some day!

This was the first time we had our annual girls getaway in Newport and the Pink House was a great choice. Plenty of space for the 8 of us and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing location
The perfect house for our weekend girls trip! Super walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and activities that we did during our stay. Having parking for 4 cars was a life saver, and the owners were nice enough to let us keep our cars in the driveway an extra hour after checkout so that we could walk to brunch!

Perfect Location
I stayed at the Pink House with a group of friends while in town for Newport Folk Festival. The house was in a great location! We enjoyed the yard and it was nice having a second kitchen and living room upstairs.

Girls BDay Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at the Pink House on Thames St! We had three teenage girls one of whose 17th birthday it was and two Moms! The pink girl house was perfect! Great location, excellent space inside and very comfortable! Loved our girls trip a lot! Thank you!

Perfect Bach House
We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was such an amazing spot. It was close enough to walk everywhere but also a short Uber away. The property manager(s) we’re so responsive and so great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

The Pink House was the perfect choice for our girlfriend getaway. It is spacious, charming and inviting, and it is located in a charming, walkable part of Newport. Easy access to the more touristy areas, but not smack in the middle of it all. We would certainly choose the house again for it's roominess, parking and location. Best stay in Newport for girls trip!
The Pink House on Thames was such a treat! It was the absolute perfect backdrop for our summertime girls trip, extremely walkable location, plenty of space to accommodate everyone and the host was beyond great to work with. We wanted to barbecue one night during our stay and the host made sure we had everything we need and more. Thanks, would love to stay again in future!

Bachelorette weekend
We were looking for a fun spot to stay for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend and one of the girls found the Pink House and it was the most perfect house for a girls getaway weekend. It is furnished and decorated just absolutely adorable with the best little touches everywhere, the owners are super responsive and wonderful, gave us great recommendations of fun spots to hit up, and the location of the house is just perfect. Right on Thames Street where all the fun is. We would absolutely stay there again. I couldn’t recommend this house enough to anyone looking for the sweetest house to stay in!

I had a great feeling about this property and it did not disappoint!
I am not a "seasoned traveler" and Sebastian and Gianna were so patient with answering my questions and confirming my reservation. I looked at a lot of places to stay in the Newport, RI area and kept coming back to the Pink House on Thames. The location of the house was perfect for our needs and the house itself, was excellent. My husband and our guests are already planning our next trip to the NE and we are all in agreement that returning to this house is at the top of our list!

Perfect House!
We had such an awesome time at the Pink House! My friends and I were attending a wedding at the Bohlin and the house was in the perfect location for all of the pre and post wedding activities. The house itself was bright and clean, fully stalked with all essentials, and had plenty of ACs to keep the place cool. Great Place!
This is a great house! Very comfortable for 7 adults. Location was perfect! Close to everything! Kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. Communication with the owner was outstanding! Very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, charming house
This house was in a great location with ample off-street parking. The house is very charming and had every thing we needed. It is actually two separate apartments with separate kitchens and living spaces. This gave us room to stretch out but wasn't ideal for sleeping with young children, as we were separated on different floors.

Bachelorette Party at the Pink House
A group of six friends and I stayed at the Pink House for a bachelorette party over a long weekend, and we had a blast! The house worked perfectly. The first level has a living room, a kitchen, a and bedroom with a queen. The second level has a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double that goes onto a porch, and a bedroom with a queen. The third level/attic has a twin and a queen. The location was amazing. When we went downtown, we always walked, and it's a pleasant walk. It was great to have ample parking at the house. Hosts were very quick and helpful communicators. We loved our stay!

Great Stay in Newport between Town and Beach!
Great stay here! Easy communication with host, easy access for the whole group with door access codes. Walkable distance to anywhere you’d need to go in Newport. Nice backyard!

It is nice, great location. No central air and was extremely hot during our visit. They did respond quickly and brought extra fans. There are only limited pots and pans. Multiple burners on the electric stove on the 1st floor don't work but we worked around it. There are a lot of ants, in the kitchen, bathroom and living area. The owners are aware I was told and are a working on it.

Apologies for the bumps in the road there. We also brought over 2 new AC units and fans. Treated for ants. We found 2 when we cleaned. Haven’t had another complaint. Kitchens are fully stocked and anything you need I’m happy to buy and send over. Stove isn’t electric it’s gas. Works fine. Regina spoke to the owners via text the whole trip so they were aware of everything and rectified it as best as possible.

We had an absolutely incredible time at the Pink House on Thames. The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful, the place was beautifully decorated and clean, and the location could not be beat. The ample parking saved us from worrying about where to put our cars, and we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The house has clearly been updated since the last pictures posted, and the decor is absolutely adorable. I still cannot believe how inexpensive this place was for all of its amenities. Please do not hesitate to stay here if you are looking for a place to host a group in Newport!

I stayed with my friends here for a long weekend. It was a very fun girls trip! We went to school in town previously and wanted to get together again. Excellent walking distance to O’Brien pub and not to far from downtown. I highly recommend! Owner was very helpful and prompt!

Great hidden gem in Newport!
Wonderful location, much bigger than we first anticipated!! The property manager was very helpful and vocal in accommodating us. Check in and out was painless and easy, and the house is kept in good condition. This is a great listing, don't pass it by!

Wonderful and easy

The Pink House was great for our needs. The family destination wedding that brought us to Newport had events all over town and the location was terrific. The house was clean and secure and the AC worked great throughout because the temps were high the week we were there. We cooked in the kitchen, used the charcoal grill in the backyard, and relax in the two living rooms.

Can’t wait to stay again!!
We walked right out of the house and went shopping every day at the beautiful boutiques. They’re are many amazing restaurants within walking distance, as well as the wharfs with lovely views of the docks abd passing by boats. The Pink House is set up perfectly for a large group. Birthday/Family weekend
We originally were going to stay in a hotel on the island but we found this rental at the last minute. We were so happy that we did. It was a perfect setting for our needs. We came to Newport to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and our anniversary. Because of COVID, we couldn’t leave the state so we chose Newport. The house was perfect because we had a small apartment downstairs for my husband and I and a larger apartment upstairs for my daughter and her friends. Both places were well equipped with everything we needed. Plus the house is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. I would definitely recommend this property for a group or family vacation.

Great location for Newport vacation
We (5 adults) had a great stay at the pink house. The place is nicer than the pictures and we especially enjoyed the garden and balconies. It is a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Would come back as it great value for the price.
