Would have been fine given the price, but the hotel reception did not open in the morning, so there was no continental breakfast (though that was supposed to be included) and I could not formally check out.

Breakfast is included and served EVERY day between 7 am and 10 am, with no exceptions. The hours are posted in the reception and also notice given to all guests upon check in.

Inexpensive, off the main road, and all the modern conveniences of 1995. Noise level from the busy road is not too bad.

Great for the price. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, great bathroom, super friendly staff. The only thing, bring earplugs. Great location comes with a lot of street traffic noise.

Terrible Room no heat they control the heat brought us a portable heater but then the heat was too much. We couldn't control it would not recommend this place to anybody.

As some people said, this hotel has a good location, near the shopping area. Even though it was right on a major street, I heard no noise from my room. What I could hear, though, was people's heavy footsteps above me. The walls are paper thin. I stayed there because of the low rate. If I had more budget I would choose somewhere else.

The hotel could use some updating, but the staff's kindness makes up for that. The continetal breakfast was nice, enough to choose from for a start to your day.

Very nice and professional staff, large room and recently renovated. A little noisy due to the large street in front of it. Very good

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the location was close to downtown Newport. BUT the walls are paper thin! We could hear doors slamming all night, people yelling, cars driving by. If you choose to stay here, bring earplugs! We ask to have a room in the back, but woman at desk said it will be quiet after 7:00. Oh, she was so wrong!

The outside stairs were exposed to all kinds of weather. No covers and Slippery when wet. The hallway carpets smells old. Front desk personnel Josh was very courteous and patient.

Room was small and cramped. Furniture out of the 70's or before. Employees wer enice and helpful. Needs major upgrade but it was adequate.

Stayed one night. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and only 10 minutes away from downtown Newport. The only complaint was the Coffee and juice machine where not working the next morning before we left.

That was the worst nights sleep that I’ve had in a long time. The bed was SUPER uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy and awful and the loud air conditioner kept me up all night. TERRIBLE!!!

The property and the rooms are way better than the pictures on the website! I was very happy with how clean and fresh my room was. The people at the front desk were quite nice and accommodating! Fancy towel folding too! Plenty of easy safe parking. I will definitely stay again!
