Well located.Some furniture, esp a couple of mattresses and sofas in the living room, could use an upgrade. The sofas were very soft, but not particularly comfortable, so we ended up not using them much.It was compensated by the great fire-pit that we enjoyed thoroughly.All in all a great experience for the 2 nights we spent there. ##### Avinash C. It met all of our expectations for comfortably accommodating our adult family both inside and on the lovely back patio. The beach chairs came in very handy! The house was immaculate when we arrived. Kitchen had all accoutrements that we needed. Bob and Liz were helpfully communicative when we had a question. Highly recommend. ##### Helen F. The property owner is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this rental is. The house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The location is great for walking and for traveling to Newport downtown attractions. The best part was the simple and quick walk to the beach.
