You are within walking distance to the beautifully landscaped MANSIONS along BELLEVUE AVENUE. The unmatched beauty of our CLIFF WALK (just 7 minute walk from the house) and our 10 MILE OCEAN DRIVE is breath-taking! Just down the street is a small private beach (also 7 minutes from the house) available to walkers, swimmers and sun bathers. We have always loved Newport and have found it amazingly beautiful, relaxing and exciting. Newport was listed on ABC GOOD MORNING AMERICA as one of the 10 MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACES IN AMERICA.
