« Lots of construction going on in the area was hard to find where to go. Couldn’t see any signs for Homewood suites until you went into a parking garage. So confusing! »

« First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

« While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly. »

« Place was ok. A few of the photos didn't match the current property (no toaster, no curtain/shades on a set of windows in a bedroom.) Also had some wifi issues (chatting with the first number that texted us didn't resolve it which was weird, so found another number and texted that and it was resolved.) But do appreciate that it was resolved by the second person. »
