Located in a lively corner of East Sussex, this eye-catching and creatively styled holiday let offers a unique stay for our guests. With its striking full-wall mural and bold interior design, this property is a true standout – perfect for those seeking both character and comfort in a short-term rental.  
  
Inside, the property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for socialising and relaxation. The lounge is furnished with bright, retro-inspired seating, a smart TV, and tasteful decor, creating an inviting space for winding down after a day exploring.  
  
The kitchen is generously equipped with high-quality appliances, plenty of worktop space, and all the essentials for longer self-catering stays. A dining area comfortably seats two; making it ideal for enjoying evenings in with freshly made meals.  
  
The property features one beautifully styled double bedroom, offering a calm and cosy retreat. Finished in deep green tones with contemporary wall lights and minimalist floating bedside tables, the space balances character with comfort. The Neighborhood:  
  
Lewes Road is in Newhaven, East Sussex. Known for its swing bridge and vast number of local eateries, Newhaven is an ideal location for its proximity to both the local coastal areas as well as the scenic countryside.   
  
Located just a short walk from Lewes Road is Newhaven Fort. This well preserved Victorian Coastal Defence gives visitors a look into the history of the fort, along with providing fantastic views of the immediate coastline - making it an ideal location to visit with friends and family of all ages.   
  
South Downs National Park is also very close to Newhaven, offering endless outdoor activities including walking trails, cycling and wildlife watching   
  
Walking routes are also easily accessible from the property and surrounding area, with many walks allowing visitors to see for miles over the rolling hills and neighbouring valleys.   
  
Newhaven Beach is a short 5-minute drive from Lewes Road, or a 30-minute walk should the weather permit. The pebbled beach is quiet in comparison to other local beaches, making it ideal for a coastal or a picnic.   
  
The immediate area of Newhaven has a variety of shops, including local retail shops to larger stores and supermarkets.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Newhaven has excellent public transport throughout the town centre and into the surrounding areas.   
  
There are over 50 bus stops located in Newhaven, covering a total of 14 bus routes. Whilst some buses are based in Newhaven and the town circle, other routes will take you further afield to places such as Eastbourne Pier, Paradise Park, Chyngton Gardens and Brighton Station.   
  
‘Newhaven Town’ is the train station located in the centre of Newhaven. It is a short 15/20-minute walk from Lewes Road and only 3 minutes by car. The station provides rail links to destinations including Brighton and London.   
  
The nearest airport to the property is London Gatwick Airport (LGW), 26.5 miles from Newhaven.
