"This hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast included was quite delicious, although one day they were short staffed. The waiter was polite and did his best but it did delay our trip agenda by over an hour. The second day breakfast was very prompt as there were 2 on staff, so the first day could have been an anomaly. The cleaning people were also very honest, as I'd forgotten something in my room, and they retrieved it and I was able to pick it up at the front desk the next day, even after someone else had checked into the room I was in. Google was a bit misleading, as it said there was a pool and hot tub at the facility. There wasn't one there for several years, so that search was incorrect and should be adjusted with Google search. There was a jacuzzi in the room, but we didn't use it as we were two friends travelling together, and it was situated inside the bedroom area so it would have been awkward to use, and even if a couple stayed there, it seemed a bit awkward to bathe close to your bed, with mist and humidity in the air. As a final nice touch, they provided a complimentary bottle of red wine that was very delicious. Overall, it was a nice experience, and a good location close enough to the downtown area with a quick drive, or a longer walk. Quite and safe neighbourhood."
