"What really stood out was the thoughtfulness of the staff. I’m currently on placement working night shifts, so sleeping during the day is essential for me. The team went out of their way to upgrade my room and ensure it was quiet, which made such a difference to how rested I felt for my shifts. The breakfast was also fantastic – fresh, well stocked, and a perfect start (or end!) to a long working day. It’s the combination of kindness, professionalism, and comfort that’s made me decide to book here for the rest of my placement."
