The host was brilliant, smashing fella who was very friendly from the minute we walked through the door to the minute we left, very helpful in assisting us with travel/getting to places etc. Very accomodating and helpful too after a mix up with bookings, moved us to another room which actually helped us in the end. Actually asked us what time we wanted Breakfast rather than giving us a set time and as we had been at the rugby all day on the Saturday we chose a later breakfast so we could have a lie in, this was no problem and once again cannot fault the service we recieved, breakfast was lovely if the dining room was a little on the small side but as we were the last ones in it wasn't an issue. The room we had was at the top and was a couple of flights of stairs down to the shared toilet and shower, not the best situation but again wasn't a problem to our party, all had a decent nights sleep so again no complaints. Parts of the building could do with a bit of a clean/some TLC but for the price we paid we got excellent customer service, a good breakfast and a decent sleep so they pale into insignificance.
