« The room clearly needed repairs to the door that hadn't been done. It gave the room a cheap, poorly managed vibe. In addition, the front desk personnel was not very helpful and could have cared less. I know I'm not the only traveler to mentioned the sealing was ripped halfway off the door and just dangling on the floor. You could actually see the exterior hallway as a result. This is a sign of poor maintenance and upkeep, and inattentive customer service. I will not be staying at another...

« I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. »

« The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two. »
