"The rooms weee outdated with a house phone in the bathroom and not being able to adjust the ac temperature without turning on the heat. None of the ice machines worked on any of the floors. The toilet handle was broken in the room and you could hear the piping whenever you flushed the toilet or showered. Valet was a nightmare. Never enough valet staff. But the staff was nice despite the hardships. "

"I loved everything about the whole place besides the sliding bathroom doors that wouldn’t stay closed. It would pop back open and unlock. Same as the shower. Wouldn’t stay closed. Slide open. Other than that I love it all. It was wonderful and can’t wait to go back!"

"Parking was safe and easy. The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful, kind and professional. The beds are comfortable but the rooms were a little outdated for the price. The pool is great for kids but not very accommodating for adults. They just had direct TV and no smart tv options or the ability to cast or stream and they were small for the room size, just 32 inches."
