"the water was cold (so cold shower),beds were almost on the floor(1 bed couldn't be used so bad),the tv was also bad (service kept going out) also very loud."

"Room as not bad, bed was comfy and staff was nice. The pool did strip the color out of my daughters bathing suit and killed her hair. Make sure you bring your own pool towel, they are mini. "

Called me a no show even though we called and said our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late- which the lady I spoke to then was quite nice and understanding. Everyone else we encountered was lovely. "

"Dingy dirty just gross, and now i have a rash on my chest, back, neck,arms, also my face. I used a washcloth on my face to wash up before i left . I complained to the front desk at checkout and not even an apology. Did i mention the toenail i found on the gross rug. I should of gotten some kind of discount.."
