"When I called directly to the hotel for my reservation, I booked a king size bed with a pullout couch for a second bed. It was very important that I have two separate beds as I was traveling with my son-in-law. When we checked in, I was told that they pull out sofas for no longer available at Fairfield Inn. We had to share a king size bed, which was inappropriate. We were not offered any other rooms."

"The room itself was actually pretty nice. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't have any issues with the room itself. What threw us off was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It seemed like there were quite a few long-term guests, and it wasn't unusual to see people walking around the halls in pajamas or other around-the-house clothes. Everyone we encountered was polite, but it gave the place more of an apartment or extended-stay feel than a hotel you'd book for a vacation. If you're just looking for a clean place to sleep for the night, it gets the job done. We were just expecting more of a normal hotel experience, and the overall vibe wasn't really what we were looking for. For us, it was only a one-night stop, and we were glad that was the case."
