"Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

Just minutes from Gainesville, this small town boasts the impressive Dudley Farm Historic State Park where pioneer life comes alive. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the trails of Newberry's Gatorback Cycle Park or catch a local baseball game at Champions Park's well-maintained fields.
Every thing was up to a Holiday Inn Express Standard until construction started in my hallway outside my door at 7:30 am.
Stopped after a few minutes and started again at 8:30.
We run businesses and don’t really understand this thinking… the hotel was not full. Why would you not re-carpet one floor at a time and put all guests on the other floors.
Anyways… everything else was fine !
In a week or so when the Reno’s are done it should be back to normal 👍

Always a great stay. Has become my go to spot for overnights in Gainesville. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, rooms are clean and have everything needed, the breakfast is hot and fresh with plenty of choices for everyone. Excited for the warmer months so we can swim in the pool again! Awesome as always.
