Old pillows and bedding, One room is a trundle bed that is pretty short and I’m 5’1”. If you are bothered by sounds and smells this is not your place. We hardly slept due to the resident in the basement. Watching tv at 3am and making calls at 5am sounding like she was sitting in our unit. More than that she started cooking very aromatic food at 5am as well. Kitchen was updated, and had most of what we needed to cook our meals. Bed was comfortable enough, and plenty of towels.The main thing that was a problem was the noise coming from the apartment above. You can hear everything, and I mean everything. So if you're a light sleeper do NOT rent the 1st floor. There were a couple of issues which the owner addressed and was very conscientious about communicating with me to correct these issues. If you are a light sleeper, the guests upstairs may bother you with the walking and moving of chairs. Overall a great experience. ##### David F. The pictures are an accurate representation of the apartment. Sabrina was very responsive and check in was a breeze. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the apartment building was very noisy. This unit is on the ground floor of a 4 unit building and you can hear everything going on in the upstairs and next door units. ##### Hannah C. Host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with no parking issues.
