From the dark lobby to inability to control room temp; refrigerator removed from room; restaurant closed and sketchy elevator availability- all left me with the feeling this hotel is cutting corners everywhere it can.

Downtown is always alive you can feel it inside and outside the hotel, they have a bar when you enter elevators that are fast travel and the view was amazing. As a new yorker I enjoyed my stay

Old and dated, run down, sky high prices. And they hold your deposits forever. Not worth it at all. Took 2 nights deposits from me and 5 days later, still waiting for the reversal. That’s 300.00. No refrigerators in room either.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the location is very convenient for public transportation. For food options, go a bit north towards SoHo and Tribecca. Would recommend!

Our room had an unbeatable view of the Hudson River and World Trade Centre. We traveled with a small child and there were accessible subway stations close by to accommodate our stroller. Staff were amazing and the rooms were clean although maybe not quite as updated as other properties. The only thing that would have improved the stay would be to have onsite parking and a fridge in our room.

The 4pm guarantee of checking-in into room was the first lie! Second lie was that room will be made available by 5 pm. I came in at 7 pm and had to stand in line for 45 minutes to get to the single receptionist at the counter. No apologies, no courtesy! His attitude was that he was doing a favor to me for $450 per day room!! Insult to injury was that a guy came to our room & removed the mini-refrigerator!! This is NYC people! Animals run this city! Citizens of the world please stay away from NYC! There are plenty of beautiful places to visit in our beautiful country!!

It was so many things to do in walking things and places to eat. Transportation was easy and readily available. I didn’t like the fact that we had issues with the ac unit but otherwise everything else was amazing

Hotel is showing its age and onsite amenities are slim. Staff, especially housekeeping, was excellent and very professional. The front desk accommodated a special request and exceeded my expectations. Location is unbeatable! Would stay again.

Location was great as was the service from the staff. The rooms were dated, but clean and could use some TLC. My only complaints are no onsite parking (it was a short walk) and the beds were way too small to accommodate 4 people. Luckily we were able to get a roll away bed to accommodate one child, but my wife and I were definitely squeezing to fit on these beds. All things considered this was a great stay in a great location.

La primera noche no pude dormir porque no podía cerrar la ventana en la parte de abajo de la misma, estamos hablando de un piso 35 ahí estaba el viento era súper fuerte y movía todo en la habitación, mi habitación parecía la habitación de la chica de la película El exorcista de todo lo que se movía, el ruido en fin me pasé toda la noche esperando que algún empleado del hotel me ayudara y no fué hasta las 7pm que llegó alguien. Muy mala experiencia.

Property needs a little bit of upgrading; especially for the price. Speaking of price, breakfast was supposed to be included. I set it up to be delivered at 8:00 AM and by 8:30 AM it still hadn't showed up. We wound up going out to eat and wasn't refunded for that. Lastly, we had two of the lights by the bed out (bulbs must have needed to be changed) The shower had a small border on the floor but the water goes all over the floor. But hey, we had 2 towels to keep the floor dry. I did mention the issues to the staff who didn't seem to care too much. The positive:. Great views of the city. That was the best part. Not sure if the view makes it worth the price. It is right next to Freedom Tower of that helps.
