The ice machine was in the kitchen, so you had to go to the front desk for ice. The staff were not rude but not very hospitable. My room had cobwebs in it."

"The staff was wonderful all around from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast cottage. I think the only "issues" would be; The beds were a little hard for us adults but the kids seemed fine and the indoor pool was labeled 81 degrees on the sign but definitely was not. Felt very cold despite the room being so very warm. The breakfast offerings were perfect and delicious! Easy check in and check out. Thabk you! "
