"After a few hours of driving, i think the staff should have that in mind, i believe the majority of people travel a good distance to crash in a good hotel. And i don’t think 15 minutes early is not a difference to get your room, we were 15 minutes early and we were not allowed to get In the room in a very rude way. Is always a first time for everything. Other wise, was a very pleasant stay. The room was really good."

"The Staff was amazing! Our room was not as clean as I would prefer. Spider webs, dust along the baseboards and around the furniture. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! I let the front desk know the issues with our room and they made it right!"
