Older property but very comfy. Cool and cozy after a day out. Probably not what you want if you're just hanging at the property, but perfect as a landing spot and relaxing after a day of fun.

Absolutely perfect!
It is always such a joy to walk into a property and discover that is exactly as it was shown in the pictures. This wonderful cottage has everything that you will need and then some. I was so impressed with everything that was provided. Plenty of dishes and towels. An added bonus for me was the four huge closets. I was on a 7-week road trip and had lots of stuff to stow Gary and Eileen, we're very gracious and easy to work with. I definitely would stay here again and have recommended the cottage to my friends.

Wonderful Place to stay
The property owner was easy to work with and was very accommodating. The place was perfect for our stay (3 adults). Quiet neighborhood and a lovely place to take walks and enjoy the river and the beautiful Florida foliage. Anything we wanted to do was within an hour of our stay. The house was small but was perfect for us. We Really Enjoyed our time there!
