The 1 bedroom apartments offer a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed and full bathroom.
The 2 queen bed housekeeping unit has 2 queen size beds, full kitchen and full bath.
The standard room with 1 queen bed has full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker and air conditioned
The standard room with 2 double beds has full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker air conditioned and private deck.

There are Off season rates before June 20 and after Labour Day. Weekly rates and monthly rates available.
Set in beautiful New London, Prince Edward Island. Picturesque countryside and fishing village that also has shops and restaurants. Only as short drive to Cavendish Beach and centrally located for touring the Island.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
All rooms are nonsmoking inside. There is a penalty of $200 if room smoked in.
Check in is from 2 pm - 10 pm. If you are arriving later than 9 pm please advise.
Check out is before 11 am.

I enjoyed my stay here it was a peaceful spot easy access and close to cavendish. The only thing I wish it had was a sports channel to watch . But enjoyed and will be back !

Our experience at New London Motel
It was cute, but way too small. The listing made believe we were.getting a unit that had a kitchenette. The room we got did not have one. It was very damp, and we tried turning on a bit of heat, but it was pre set. So it would only go to 20 Celsius. We had some damp clothing from a bit of rain, that did dry. We booked for 2 nights, but only stayed one. Owner was very nice and knowledgeable.

Great Motel
We were very impressed by this property. Our room was very clean and tidy. There are restaurants nearby, but it is also close to Cavendish and Kensington for even more restuarant options and activities. We would definitely stay here again in future.
