"It was a great location. Not far to where our destination was. The staff was nice. The only thing is they did not tell us for parking... when you get your ticket... in order to leave and pay the 45 dollars... the front desk has to scan it for you to get that price. The room was clean and nice size. Just needs more lighting."

"We stayed for 2 nights in August with our 2 kids. We got there a little early and our room was ready but they wanted $50 extra to check in and put our stuff down so we came back. I felt like the person at the front desk wasn't very warm but as we dealt with him more over the course of the 3 days, he was very nice. We did eat the free breakfast that is included with the room. It was basic but did include cereal, bagels, muffins and eggs and sausage. They also had amazing yogurt. We didn't use the outdoor pool but kids were in it. It was clean. It is very close to the Aquarium and shops."

"It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again."
