"Housekeeping was cleaning the adjacent room since an hour before checkout and you could hear their talking and laughing through the wall. I was trying to sleep and they disturbed me for an hour then proceeded to knock on my door loudly until I answered. I jad the do not disturb sign on the handle, which they ignored. And they were knocking on my door before my checkout time. Never again!"

"Expedia asked me to upgrade my room for extra $11. I agreed. That extra $11 got me an extra living space which consisted of a couch and chair that were filthy / torn and had cigarette burns. We had to put a towel on it to sit Front desk most unhelpful - no better rooms - lots of ppl stay in this hotel long term so be aware that it is not really a hotel for short stay. Expedia - I expect better from you -"

"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler. The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."
