Super close to tube rentals. We took a nice long float and then enjoyed relaxing in chairs in the river in front of the house. Although we did not spend much time inside, the living room furniture is comfortable and the beds were as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the porch was perfect for visiting. Our favorite part was the patio and view. It's situated in the perfect spot and never got too hot (the ceiling fans were a huge plus). The condo had everything we needed: a huge kitchen with a bunch of cookware and a living room that was big enough to comfortably seat our group. I love when vrbos actually have enough seating for the amount of guests. Our only improvements would be to invest in better mattresses and have a few lamps so that the overhead lighting isn't the only option. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Rachel D. This property is amazing. We stay on the river at a different property every year and this one is in our top two. Plenty of utensils, plates, silver and cups. Comfy beds. Nice showers. Great BBQ pit and best of all, the river access is legit. if you wanna sit in the shallow water, hit up the left of the "beach". Want deeper? Hit up the right. Great people watching on Labor day but not too busy to get on my nerves. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great time at the river.
