Spacious guest room with king size bed; and sitting area; includes full private bath with shower. It is attached to the main residence but has a separate private entrance, NO ACCESS to the main house) w/ and does have separate parking.
There is a mini kitchenette area that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. ( Coffee pods are included).
The Barn Room is only a mile away from activities in Gruene, including live music, dancing; shopping and numerous restaurants with great menus. 10 Minutes to Tanger Outlet Mall; 5 minutes to downtown New Braunfels; 40 minutes to Austin and 30 minutes to San Antonio Riverwalk.

Perfect location close to Gruene Hall. Great hiking and nature trails nearby. Comfortable bed. We never did get the WiFi to work but not a problem as we were there to be outdoors. The only complaint was the shower- the water never got very hot and was no water pressure. Otherwise very pleasant and enjoyable.

This place was exactly as described. We had rented a car and found this place very accessible to all we wanted to do. It was a welcoming, comfortable and cool. After a hot day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room. Not only is the room lovely, but the surrounding area is also very beautiful. We loved seeing all the deer wandering around.

Property could use some attention

Hmmm… Starting with the property. The pictures online show a quality will manicured porch/ outdoor seating area. It could use some attention. All of the outdoor plants were dead which was a bit of a disappointment since online everything looked nice and well kept.Inside, the bedspread went all of the way to the floor, so it covered up the fact that a really heavy wood frame was being concealed. If you walked up to the bed you could easily run into that wooden frame just trying to turn the bed covers down. I came home with two bruises… one on each leg that were 4 inches long. My husband also had a nasty bruise. If you like creamer in your coffee… bring your own! Also bring ceramic or paper coffee cups. They only have metal cups in the room for coffee. My husband made me a cup of coffee. I took it from him and the metal cup was so hot that I spilled hot coffee all over my arm. Not good! I went out and bought creamer, paper coffee cups. Sugar free sweetener… and burn cream!And no… we didn’t sit out on the porch that online looked so promising for morning coffee!!

Cute and convenient

Everything you could think of is provided and it’s a super cute decor. I loved having my own comfy porch to enjoy the outdoors. The owner/host was friendly and accommodating. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and super convenient to either Gruene or NB. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Studio

My wife and I stayed here for three nights to attend a wedding a few miles away. This location is close to shopping, eateries, and saloons in Gruene. The deer visiting the property were an unexpected bonus. The onsite owner/manager was delightful. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit this area again.

Barn Room

The accommodations were just as advertised. Place was clean. used the fire pit for hot dogs and smores. Great! Location was terrific... just a few minutes from downtown Gruene. Would stay here again. Recommended.

Perfect spot for Gruene

This attached bedroom was perfectly located for our events in Gruene. It was clean and cozy. The property manager was nice. Great home base for a couple exploring Gruene/New Braunfels.

Perfect and roomy cottage!

Came for a concert and we were so near to Gruene. Beautifully decorated and a super comfy bed with lovely linens. Definitely recommend it and would stay again. Beautiful yard area and a great little private patio!

It is a gem! Deer greeted us on the property as we drove up. Decor is absolutely charming. Great communication. Comfortable beds… We had so much fun at Gruen Hall‘s concert Sat. Night, Gristmill Restaurant always good.
