    The home is uniquely nestled on a stretch of peaceful Guadalupe riverfront. Instead of neighbors on the other side of the river, you'll find only lush trees and a tranquil setting. The home is also tucked neatly away from any main roads, so distractions and traffic noise are a non-issue. Kick up your feet and enjoy one of two deck areas overlooking the river, or make your way down to the riverfront patio, where you'll find easy water access, additional seating, and an available charcoal grill to cook a memorable meal on the banks of the river. Inside, you'll find two king master suites and the kitchen, dining, and living areas on the main floor. It was absolutely a fantastic four night five day stay. This is the second year in a row that we’ve gone and stayed at the Braun Rio. We love this house. It is so nice and clean and a fantastic place to stay on the river. Vacay did a great job communicating with us and accommodating us at every request. We will probably go back again next year highly recommend you check it out!!

We had an amazing stay at the Braun Rio property in New Braunfels. The home is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and direct access to the Guadalupe River—truly a perfect setting for our annual kayaking trip.The house was thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and easy from start to finish. One of the standout features for us was having two master suites, which was ideal for us as two couples—no need to negotiate over who gets the best room (which was a definite win!).Communication with the property team was excellent. Every question we had was answered promptly, and all of our needs were handled quickly and professionally.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the area and would happily return in the future!

Braun Rio is a beautiful place to visit. This was my 5th or 6th time staying there. The house is nice and it's on a beautiful part of the river. The host is absolutely amazing. Thank you for another great stay.

Relaxing stay!

Our stay was very relaxing and quiet- which is just what we we wanted. We spent a lot of time on back porch and terrace and enjoyed a campfire on the river’s edge every night! The beds were super comfortable!

Great place to stay. We are thinking about renting it next year and taking the kids. The river is only 12" deep in this section. Perfect for younger kids.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. The location is great. Outside patios are fantastic. The house is very comfortable but furniture is large for the living/kitchen space. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Peace of Heaven

Very well maintained, clean and quiet place. The river access and balconies overlooking were Esquisite. The nature sounds and nightly fire flies in the peaceful setting was more than one could hope for. A wonderful family friendly river house.

MOST relaxing get away!

This place is very relaxing and the perfect place for a get away! This was our first trip away from our babies and it couldn't have been more perfect! Right on the river, the house was great. Do yourself a favor and book a trip here!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home not 50 yards from Guadalupe River! We enjoyed sitting outside on one of the two balconies at this home, watching the wildlife. We saw turkey, deer, and lots of different birds...it was a nice and peaceful getaway!

Baby shower

I had my daughter and daughter in laws for a quiet weekend babyshower. My daughter needed some TLC! It was lovely. We slept so well. We sat by the water and saw a deer run through the river then a hawk with a fish in its talons! The birds sang while we had coffee and visited in the morning: it was great! It was good energy for our new little one coming into the world! Well stocked kitchen. Beds were soft. Clean. It was wonderful.

GREAT TIMES AT THE RIVER

came down with the wife, mother-in-law and 5 kids ranging from 1 year - 14 years old. we were in town for the wilder blue concert and decided to stay a couple extra days, it was amazing.

Beautiful property, pictures do not do justice.

This is a beautiful property. Pictures can’t capture the beauty of this beautiful place. The river is very accessible and the house itself was very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
