We loved every bit about it, also a nice rooftop for seeing the hot air balloons. The staff and the travel agency attached were super helpful, I could WhatsApp them with all my questions, arrange tours and book transportation to and from the airport. The only tiny thing is I wish the bed was a bit more comfy, but not a deal breaker at all. We were there for quite a few nights in a cave room which was quite spectacular - a spacious room with luxurious furnishings and bathroom. The location was amazing, the perfect spot to watch the balloons passing overhead in the mornings and also an easy walk into the centre where there was a good range of restaurants. The staff and management at the hotel went out of their way to welcome us and to make sure our holiday was perfect. We booked personalised trips through them which meant we got to see exactly what we wanted. After a trip out on our wedding anniversary we returned to find they're arranged a cake and candles for us and all the staff had gathered for the celebration. By the end of our holiday, it felt like we were leaving our friends behind. The only recommendation we might suggest would be a little more storage space e.g. drawers, but to be fair, we stayed much longer than most visitors so needed more storage. There is simply nothing more we could ask for.
