"Rooms are great, outside is a bit run down. Parking is very tight.. But love the convenience of checking in and it is close to Itasca state park and other cute towns. I would stay here again."

I loved the fire pits setup. Highly recommend this place. It was close enough to Detroit Lakes and other towns that had activity available like the beach. "

"This is my second time staying at this property and we absolutely loved it! Lots of beds to comfortably fit many guests and everything is so cute and decorated. We also appreciated that it comes with just about everything you could need for cooking and outdoor fun. The lake is gorgeous and the hot tub is a highlight!"

"My husband and I along with our two boys (ages 16 and 14) stayed at Sandy Pines for three nights. The boys enjoyed fishing on the lake (we brought our own boat). Our boys also took the kayaks out and fished some on their own. The view from the deck was a perfect spot to sit and drink your coffee in the morning. Amy had EVERYTHING you needed to make this cabin home for your stay. The cabin was very clean. We would definitely stay there again! "
