"First and foremost, the staff here are so extremely sweet! There are about a million stairs to climb in order to get from the street to the hotel, so be prepared for that. There is no elevator, but the staff take your bags up to your room for you. They have a lovely breakfast buffet and there is always a full container of drinking water in the lobby to fill water bottles. The staff sometimes use a translation app to help communicate, but we had no problem at all. They arranged transportation (a tuk tuk) for us to get to the train station, which was a fun experience and only cost s/10\. The property is clean and met our needs perfectly. It's just a short walk to the square or other shops and dining options. They are so welcoming and genuine and really made our first impression of Peru special."

"A short walk from the Main Street but I love it because it’s located just besides the river so you get a “retreat vibe” that is so amazing! I got a balcony room that’s facing the mountain and constantly hear the river gushing through.. I can’t really ask for more! Renee has been amazing! He constantly attentive and asking what I need to make my stay better, to be honest there’s nothing more! I love that after the breakfast I would have a cup of coffee with my book and reading with the mountain view and the river sound."
