Frühstück so lala. Viele Produkte jedoch sahen alle nach Aldi aus. Im Hotel Komoran...

"The room was old and smelled of old carpet and drapes. There were silverfish bugs crawling on the drapes. The bed mattresses were rock hard and uncomfortable. The room was not up to any standard fire code as several door needed a physical metal key to enter with locking doors. Outside the hotel an outdoor nightclub played music at an extremely high volume till 2 am making it impossible to sleep! Avoid this mess at all costs! "

"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore...

Baltic Park Fort by Zdrojowa

8/10 Good

"Good room with small kitchen."

Radisson Blu Resort, Swinoujscie

8/10 Good

"We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. My room was comfortable, spacious, and modernly decorated, with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The hotel is in a great location. We appreciated the cleanliness and fantastic service. However, there were a few things we didn't like. It was chaotic and crowded at breakfast; it was hard to find an available table. The staff didn't seat guests or check for free tables. Hotel parking is expensive compared to other hotel parking lots in other cities. The stay included one hour of free access to the Aqua Park pools. This didn't bother us too much, though, as that amount of time was sufficient for us. The rooftop infinity pool was okay, but the water wasn't very warm. There was also a Jacuzzi, but it was always occupied, so we didn't get a chance to use it. Generally we recommend stay there."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Netzelkow?

The best area to stay in Netzelkow is directly within the village itself, particularly around the main road, Dorfstraße, for convenient access to its core attractions and the surrounding natural beauty.

Netzelkow is a small, tranquil village on the island of Usedom, known for its connection to nature and its peaceful atmosphere. The Dorfstraße runs through the heart of the village, where you'll find the historic St. Marienkirche (St. Mary's Church) and many of the traditional thatched-roof houses that give Netzelkow its distinctive character. The village is surrounded by fields and forests, offering direct access to walking and cycling paths.

Couples looking for a relaxing retreat will find Netzelkow ideal. The quiet setting is great for unwinding, with opportunities for gentle strolls through the countryside or along the nearby Achterwasser lagoon. The focus here is on peace and quiet, away from the busier coastal resorts, making it great for reconnecting.

Families with older children who appreciate nature and a calm environment will also enjoy Netzelkow. The open spaces provide plenty of room for outdoor activities like cycling or exploring the local flora and fauna.

When is the best time to go to Netzelkow?

The best time to visit Netzelkow is during the late spring and summer months, from May to September, when the weather is at its most pleasant.

During this period, the days are longer and generally sunny, with average temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C. This makes it ideal for enjoying the outdoors, whether you're exploring the local countryside, cycling along the Baltic Sea coast, or simply relaxing by the water. The surrounding nature is in full bloom, offering beautiful scenery for walks and photography.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway will appreciate the tranquil atmosphere and the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities together without the chill of colder months. Many local restaurants and cafes will have their outdoor seating available, great for enjoying a meal or a drink in the sunshine.

Families will find the summer months particularly good for visiting. The warmer water temperatures are suitable for swimming in the nearby lakes or the Baltic Sea, and there are often more organised activities and events for children during the school holidays.
