The bathroom had zero privacy. The door was not installed properly & would not close or lock. The shower head was installed too far forward, thus spraying the wall and not downward. The shower curtain was very cheap and did not work well. The toilet has no toilet lid. Every hook for towels or toilet paper was very loose and not properly secure. The was no bathroom fan/vent system. Aside from the room itself, there was one staff member who seemed bitter about helping, despite the fact we were one of the very few guests there during our stay. The Spa was never open. The bar was never open, and no bartender was there the entire week we stayed. The house keeping was very lackluster. In our one week stay we had our laundry picked up one time and several other times we took our own laundry down. This is a very basic hotel experience, but if we were to do this again, we would most definitely book elsewhere for the price and for the amenities. 2 1/2 star.

Upon check-in, we weren't informed that we had closer access to our room if we parked at the far end of the parking lot. We were instructed to use the side entrance, which put us much further from our room than parking more toward the rear of the building. We discovered this after hauling our luggage a further distance than necessary (2 trips)...also, the shower floor was slippery. Overall, though, the stay was pleasant.

Staff are great, very accommodating. Requests are taken care of immediately. It was time to close the bar and they kept it open to provide us with a late night cocktail. Nice breakfast and very clean rooms and facility.
