Ideal for guests wishing to make the most of central Nelson, it's cafes & restaurants, galleries, parks & markets! ⭐️ 3 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 6 guests) • 1 (Upstairs): King Bed, 2 (Upstairs): Queen Bed, 3 (Downstairs): Queen Bed ⭐️ 2 Bathrooms • 1 (Upstairs): Shower, Toilet & Vanity, 2 (Downstairs): Shower, Separate Bath, Toilet & Vanity ⭐️ Location • Central Nelson - just a short walk from Nelson's nightlife, restaurant precinct, Nelson's Saturday Market & the Wednesday Farmer's Market. • Nelson has an attractive city centre - a nice place to walk around with many parks & galleries to visit & also great proximity to the river & hillside walking & riding trails that surround central Nelson! ⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes • No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside, No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply. • Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use. • Guest capacity - while we can potentially sleep up to 6 here, the property is best suited for up to 4 guests. If you have more than 4 guests in your group and would like to book here please contact us first. • Children - This property has been furnished with sensitive light coloured natural material furnishings imported from overseas. For this reason we don't feel that this property is well suited for those with young children. If you're confident this won't be a concern for your family then we'll be happy to host you here. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. • Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. ⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure. • Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
