« I had a King Room. There was 1 desk chair. No sitting chair. I called the front desk to see if there was one I could get. I was told they didn’t have any more chairs. I asked about taking a plastic chair from the pool area. I was told to not take one from the pool area. Then I was told that it would be fine if I went over to Walmart and bought a lawn chair to bring back and use in the room!!! I found this to be completely unacceptable!! »

« Room was clean but dated. 1990 wallpaper boarder and Kelly green colored comforters. Bed was pretty worn out. Breakfast was typical hotel full breakfast. Waffles, powder eggs and sausage. They didn’t hold a first floor room for my 95yo mother and the elevator is an afterthought - cumbersome to use so we had to pay extra for the handicapped room to have her on the first floor. That should have been given to us at the booked rate. »

« No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. First time staying in a VRBO property, and found that side of the equation to be cumbersome. Made the reservation, and then was forced to set up VRBO account to see the street address. « Tiny was a wonderful place to get away even in -20 degree weather! The huge windows overlooking the river with the gas fireplace flickering to the side were just perfect. We sat there just looking out the window for hours! The hosts were very responsive and created wonderfully cute ambiance. We would stay here again and I highly recommend Tiny! »
