"This hotel is budget friendly, we got two rooms last Feb25-26, rooms are clean and spacious, they got service phones but direct to front desk only. Toiletries are provided, AC's working fine, it's cold when you get into the room. If you're a light sleeper, request for a room that is far from street side, we requested for the rooms to be on second floor that time since they don't have a lift and we have senior citizen with us and heavy luggage. Across the street you'll find sari sari store and carinderia, walk farther up and you'll get to gas station where SM City in walkable distance, and also San Sebastian church. I booked my reservation with Pao, but I don't know if she/he was at work during our stay. Nevertheless, Pao was accomodating. "

"Room was nice. I had ordered a garden side room, but got a street side room instead, which was too noisy. Make sure to order a room towards the back. Otherwise the pool was very nice. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very nice."
