« New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it...

« The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. « Appartement correct pour le prix, mais absence d’eau chaude (chauffe eau hors d’usage). La seule personne qui s’occupe de la réception et du reste est aimable. Établissement loin de tout et difficile d’accès. Un bon rafraîchissement de l’ense Devrait être envisagé. »

« We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

« THis unit is no longer part of VRBO. The phone number and email to the host is not correct. Had to pay out of pocket for the stay. Once we get back we will do a charge back. We spent over 8 hours trying to get this worked out, NOTHING NO SUPPORT. I have multiple case numbers with VRBO. Expedia said they cant help we have to contact VRBO....I booked through EXPEDIA, you should take some responsibility..... »

« First of all, we did not stay at the property! When we arrived to check in we were taken to the back of the property and shown a one bedroom apartment. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the listing we had booked was a two bedroom apartment. It simply was unacceptable and we requested a refund on the spot. Was told by daisy that we needed to contact VRBO, which we later learned was a lie. We contacted VRBO and although they seemed concerned and helpful, I have yet to see a refund for the property...

« Modern villa with beautiful pool overlooking ocean. Very clean and spacious. Nice restaurant. 10/10 service. Family and children loved it and felt very comfortable here. The manager Tess was excellent at facilitating our departure home. »
