"Malgré les bons avis de cet hôtel, mon séjour a malheureusement été décevant et j’ai sans doute manqué de chance. Lors de la première nuit, le rideau de la chambre est tombé lorsque je l’ai ouvert au matin. J’ai immédiatement signalé le problème à la réception, et il m’a été confirmé qu’il serait réglé dans la journée. Or, à mon retour le soir, rien n’avait été fait, ce qui m’a obligé à changer de chambre. La réceptionniste a semblé rencontrer des difficultés pour trouver une solution, l’hôtel étant presque complet. À noter également que dans cette première chambre, il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres soi-même. Il faut passer par la réception pour les basculer, mais il n’est ensuite plus possible de les refermer sans leur intervention, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. La seconde chambre, bien que disponible, n’était pas idéale : mansardée, avec une petite fenêtre et un rideau non occultant, laissant passer toute la lumière extérieure. De plus, les toilettes dégageaient une forte mauvaise odeur (type urine). J’ai signalé ce problème de nettoyage au matin de la deuxième nuit, mais aucun nettoyage réellement efficace ne semble avoir été effectué. C’est dommage, car l’hôtel semble bien noté et mon expérience ne reflète probablement pas la qualité habituelle de l’établissement. Néanmoins, les problèmes rencontrés et leur prise en charge insuffisante ont clairement impacté le confort de mon séjour. Préférez le parking public à 5€ la nuit au lieu de 15€ (3min de marche)"

"La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Elle nous a offert des coupes de bienvenue ce qui est très appréciable. L’hôtel en lui-même est très joli Le restaurant est beau mais cher pour un français En revanche la chambre est très mal insonorisé. Nous étions côté rue et nous avons entendu les voitures rouler jusqu’à à peu près minuit ce qui nous empêchait de dormir. Je note aussi que quand on se douche l’eau sans les égouts. Pour finir les toilettes était mal lavé, la cuvette était sale avec des traces ressemblant à du sang séché ou du caca. Je recommande qu’à moitié cet hôtel. Je pense qu’on n’a pas eu de chance sur la chambre. "
