Welcome to Timberline Haus, a modern Colorado mountain retreat like you've never seen overlooking the serene Barker Reservoir. This open and airy home combines sleek design with spectacular natural surroundings, offering a unique experience for families or groups seeking both adventure and relaxation. Arrive at Timberline Haus, pull into the garage and enter the mud room, where a washer and dryer are conveniently located. From here, step into the home and immediately be captivated by the floor-to-ceiling windows framing the reservoir views and the expansive open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The heated concrete floors keep the home warm and modern, and a sliding door leads out to the huge deck, complete with a fire pit and seating for outdoor gatherings and barbecues. The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed, blackout curtains, a large ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to wake up to stunning views of the water and mountains. Descend to the lower floor to find two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed with an attached bathroom equipped with a shower, while the other bedroom includes two large bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. There is another bathroom in the hallway, as well, with a shower/tub combo. The view is bigger and wider than the photo's. It's very quite there we were the only ones on the hill when we were there. The sliders on the glass wall open so you have a 16 to 18 foot opening to the deck. Drive around the mountains around Nederland has a lot of trails and not that many people like Estes Park has. Nederland has good places to eat.
