"We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster while we were in town for a cheer competition. We booked knowing there was construction going on, but it honestly didn’t impact our stay at all. Our room was at the end of the hallway and the rest of the hall was blocked off for construction, but there was no noise, no smells, and no disruption whatsoever. The room itself was immaculate. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and it was spotless—no dust, no issues, and extremely comfortable. The staff was also fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to check in early before the official 4 PM check-in time, which we really appreciated after traveling. Breakfast isn’t included, but the $15 was absolutely worth it. There were plenty of options, and the chef was incredibly kind about coming out to answer our questions about food allergies and ingredients. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Lancaster for a cheer competition or event, this is a great place to stay.
