Enjoy your stay in this cozy and fully updated house that has everything to make you feel at home: king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, high speed WiFi, TV/DVD, washer/dryer, free parking for 3 cars on the driveway.

Boat parking at dock only if APPROVED by host and will cost extra. Ask before booking if you want to bring a boat.

This is a quiet residential area close to the beach (3-4 min walk). There are also many FREE parking areas on the beach in case you prefer to drive to the beach rather than walk. There is a scenic road in the national park on the gulf cost between Navarre Beach and Pensacola. There are many public beach access areas (with free parking) along this road in case you are interested in beach relaxation with very few people around.

Navarre Beach is often called the most relaxing place in Florida and is ideal for a family with children or a friends getaway. You can enjoy the white sand on the beach and swimming in the crystal clear water of the gulf. There are also many places in the area where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, boats/pontoons, water skies, etc for more active relaxation.

You are only 2-3 min away (by car) to many restaurants close to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, and 5-10 min away from grocery stores ( such as Publix, Walmart, CVS) across the bridge. The major entertainment centers in Destin and Pensacola are only 30 min away.

If you like fishing, there are many opportunities for this: right from the backyard of the house, Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Navarre Beach bridge or shores of the Mexican gulf or Santa Rosa sound. You can also rent a fishing kayak or a boat.

Getting to the beach by foot takes 3-4 min. Beach chairs/umbrella and beach cart are provided. There are many public beach access areas with ample parking . The parking is FREE.

Beach Vacay

Was an amazing stay in Navarre. Close to the beach and also that you can fish right off the dock. House was perfect for our family of 7. Not to mention the love of my life proposed to me with the help with the kids. Best trip ever!

Great little place in Navarre on the canal

Had a family reunion in Navarre. This place was perfect for our group. Close to the beach and to the town. Fished from the dock adjacent to the house—this kids had a blast. Very clean, outdoor shower, beach towels and more. Would definitely stay again

Great location!!

My husband and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary here. The house was perfect right on a canal where we fished multiple times a day. We walked to the main road (2 min) and enjoyed the Navarre Beach Mardi Gras parade it was a blast. The host checked on us a couple of times throughout our stay via email and was available had we needed anything. My only suggestion was to provide a full length mirror and lower the shower head. We enjoyed our time there and will return again.

Beautiful place close to the beach

This lovely condo comes with everything AND the kitchen sink! No need to pack all the extras because Victoria has thought of it all! From beach chairs, to beach towels to coffee for your mornings by the water! She was an excellent host and always responds abruptly! We had an excellent time, it was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the the beach. We fished from the deck and really enjoyed it. Bring your own poles! Other than that, she’s got you covered! I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Better than expected

I was very pleased with this house, it's location, it was extremely clean, all aspects of this place exceeded my expectations, and filled my wishes. Bring a fishing pole to enjoy the large water front lounge area. Two separate patios to enjoy. After your short walk back from the beautiful beaches there's an outside shower to rinse sand and salt off. I look forward to coming back Travis

Short walk to the beach.

The house was nice, had most things that we needed. There were 7 of us, and we had plenty of room. The second shower is very small, that was a bit of a problem. But that was the only thing. Loved that beach access was just a short walk down the street.

Great place close to the water.

The house was outstanding. Access to fishing right from the dock was a big deal for our group. Quick access to the beach also was a big factor. 5 stars highly recommend. Careful on the stairs is my only suggestion, they are steep. (Wife took a slip and fell about half way down them)

Nice accommodations. On canal with nice deck so we didn’t have to deal with sand.

Enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms are on 2nd floor and stairs are rather steep. Location was very convenient to grocery store.

Great location and property!

Headed to Navarre for a quick getaway before it’s back to school time 🙃! Viktorria, the owner was super responsive and helpful! The property is adorable, clean, and updated. Just minutes from walking to beach access and there are stunning views of the canal. It is a quiet/residential neighborhood…which was just what we needed. I highly recommend! The only thing that was a tiny challenge is there is no pantry. There was lots of room underneath the sink though so we used that space. We had a great time❤️🙌🏻

Great Place Exactly Like Pictures

My friends and I stayed here for spring break. No complaints it was perfect. We were at our friends' house the entire week and mostly came back to sleep, so the only regret was not getting to spend more time at the house.

Cozy and comfortable

Excellent host. Private. Well appointed. For those that may have mobility issues, there are two long flights of stairs to get to master bedroom. I hope to be back!
