Getting Around: Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended. Other Things to Note: All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. For your safety, this property has 3 exterior security cameras located at: \- Front Door \- Backyard near the French Doors \- Above the Garage Door To maintain the property and pool for your comfort and enjoyment, routine maintenance is performed regularly. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, pest control is done quarterly, and pool cleaning/maintenance is completed twice a week. Our service vendors will not require access inside the property, but you may notice them working in and around the exterior or pool area during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance. A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25. Absolutely No Smoking inside the house. The backyard is fully fenced, but there is no gate around the pool. Please watch your children at all times. The management company and owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage. We love pets, but unfortunately we don’t allow them in the property as the owner has sensitivities to pet allergens. Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8 (up to a maximum of 12 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. This was our 1st time going with the grandbabies as well (1.5/1 month). My grandson loved the large family room, the bins of toys, and the tent. They also had a ping pong table, game systems and a volleyball net for the older kids. The weather was so hot/humid honestly some days we just stayed at the house, played games, and watched movies. It was also very close to most restaurants, the beach, grocery stores, car wash, and the gulf breeze zoo. Will likely return in the future. ##### Amanda V.
