Such a beautiful icon in San Sebastián. The hotel was fabulous from inside to outside with amazing and very attentive staff. The rooms were absolutely grand and very spacious. The front desk was very prompt and helpful during our stay. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Beautiful decor, clean, quiet rooms. Facing the beautiful Cathedral is a plus. Walkable to the old town bout 15mins. Close to train and bus station about 6 mins walk. Nespresso maker in the room.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs. The breakfast and meals were very good. The rooms were clean and spacious, The hotel location is a quiet, semi rural/industrial area not near any other shops or restaurants which was not an issue because the hotel restaurant is very good. A cozy hotel among vineyards. Very friendly staff who help with various requests. Delicious food in the restaurant. A gorgeous view from the window. A great escape from the hustle and bustle.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the availability of parking on-site. The property itself is well maintained and quite lovely.

Clean, friendly staff

This was a gem of a hotel located right in the old town. Check in was quick and easy and we were immediately told where to park. The hotel has character! The wine cellar was great and the woman who was there was soooo nice and incredibly helpful in making sure we had the best experience while we were enjoying our wine! Breakfast was also great. Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

The hotel was ideally situated close to main attractions and many restaurants and shops. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Their breakfast was exceptional; a lot of variety and high quality food.

The staff at the property were great but don’t bother to dine. Restaurant was short staffed with a poor menu and a complete waste of time

Les chambres sont très propres et très bien entretenu. La localisation est superbe pour visiter Bayonne et les autres villes et villages du pays basque. Il y a plusieurs très bon restaurant à proximité incluant le restaurant de l’hôtel.

Property is nice and well located. Rooms are cozy and well mantained. Parking is challenging!
