The famous San Juan River is steps away ready for fishing. Just minutes away from the Navajo Dam Lake Marina. The house is clean, fully equipped and ready for your stay! Cabin comfortably sleeps 3 guests, more are welcome! Two lawns available for camping. Large area for parking. One 30 and 50 volt amp plug in for campers. The panoramic nature view and relaxing visit will make you want to come back again guaranteed! It was incredibly quiet and comfortable—a true escape! Area for Improvement: \* ❌ No Internet: Listed Wi-Fi was unavailable. Be prepared to fully disconnect! \* 📱 Slow Host Communication: Responses were polite but often had long delays between texts. Overall: Fantastic, quiet retreat. We would definitely stay here again!
